Let's start the countdown to the Sounds of Sundown, a free live music event to bring our community together for an evening of cool musical vibes and family friendly good times at the Wauchope Showground on March 11th.
Sounds of Sundown is funded by the NSW Government's Reconnecting Regional NSW Community Events Program, and organised as an event to
gather altogether and to enjoy an awesome event in our own backyard.
The Talent
The event line-up promises to bring something special to the Sounds of Sundown stage. It features some incredible local and nationally renowned acts - with the Australia Rock Collective (A.R.C) as headliners, a supergroup of Australian Rock royalty featuring, Darren Middleton from Powderfinger, Davey Lane from You Am I, Kram from Spiderbait and Mark Wilson from Jet.
They will be epically supported by the highly energised indie band Bugs, country pop sensation Melanie Dyer, the country rising star that has been
dubbed 'the one to watch' Caitlyn Shadbolt pairing up with Leigh I’Anson, and the super talented, locally grown and produced delight that is Keanu Jai.
The Vibe
Sounds of Sunset promises to be an amazing local afternoon and night out, bringing something for everyone, sensational musical performances, roving entertainment, which includes circus workshops for the kids and mesmerising interactive lighting installations.
And don't forget the delicious food trucks!
